1. Finance, administration and consumer relationship software

Save a few gimmicks, there is nothing particularly original in the initial software design. This said 3 factors make the software truly unique.

  1. The combination of a financial software fully integrated into Consumer relationship software (CRM), that has a online guest report for them to approve order details.

  2. Customized directly for a particular industry, at first “Global Niche Luxury Tourism”

  3. It directly links to a bank. (FNB were working on this 3 years ago)

The combination of the above makes mistakes near impossible elevates the need for and admin staff.

Work Flow.

1. Client enquires, details are fed into the CRM, a action command is given to the sales agent on screen and by SMS.

2. The usual booking process takes place, all communications are logged neatly for reference for both agent and client.

3. The booking is negotiated and all details are simply displayed on screen for the client to approve and sign off.

4. The booking is placed in an easy to view calendar of all bookings, relevant reminders and courteously correspondence are automated.

5. If the client puts the right tracking reference on the Bank transfer or pays by credit card, the corresponding payment to supplier is automatically done.

6. If the tracking code is not used in a EFT a list of likely payment details are displayed for the sales person to match up, then approved by management.

7. Management has a total overview of all financial information very easily displayed showing everything a CEO needs to know.

8. The company also has the opportunity to put there day to day expenses and monthly overheads into the system, so completely running the finances of the company. Salaries and taxes are automated, and the end goal is for governmental tax organizations, is to approve the system to final audit, then elevating and need for financial staff and more to the point any room for human error.
Whist this seems fancy full, save the government approval of its audit capacity, the rest is very achievable, the initial start up funding allows for development of a fully working model that runs our own operations within 6 months to a year.

The end game is after integrating it to many SME’s, sell half along with other offerings to either Microsoft or Apple, preferably both. We will however, first offer the opportunity to GOOGLE.
